Stainless steel knitted wire mesh for demister pad is a form of woven wire mesh commonly used for the production of screens, Oil-Gas separator, Dust Collector, Engine Silencers, Environmental Protectors, and other mechanical damping applications. This form of wire mesh is composed of a variety of alloys, the most common being stainless steel.
The most common alloys used in this form of wire mesh are AISI201, 202, 301, 302, 304, 304L, 321, 316, and 316L. Other commonly used metals include galvanized wire, redrawing wire, brass wire, copper wire, titanium wire, alloy wire, nickel wire, nylon wire, PE wire, and fiberglass wire.
The wires used in this process come in a variety of diameters ranging from 0.10 to 0.55mm for either round or flat wires with an average of 0.20mm-0.25mm. The standard hole size of the mesh is 4mm×3mm, 5mm×6mm, 2mmx4mm, or 4mmx5mm. The width of each mesh can range from 40mm to 600mm.
